For those attending the Natural Yeast class this weekend, we want to provide you with the documents that you’ll need.  Please bring a copy of these attachments along with a pen or pencil to take notes.

Purchasing the book “The Art of Baking with Natural Yeast” is advised and can be completed at this link.  Books will be handed out when you sign in for class on Saturday. All book purchases need to be made by Friday at noon. Books will NOT be available for purchase at the class.

We will be providing samples and yeast starts for all attendees. Melissa suggests that each of you bring a glass jar or container for your starter, but we will have small plastic cups available just in case.
